Thanks for your post. I'm currently working on documentation as we speak so this concern will be properly addressed within a few days and we'll have the first version of the JHShop manual out to help people with the basics of the component's functionality.
The issues which have been raised in the forums are not issues with the product per se, but rather some SERIOUS support challenges which we experienced for the month of July. Those issues are behind us and we're now working on squashing all reported bugs and releasing the new version of JHShop on 16 August.
Thereafter we will be putting a development freeze on new functionality until such time as we have all the soft issues resolved on JHShop ie. support, customer care, bugs, documentation, manuals, etc...
