In JHShop V1.5.2 we are introducing a Vendor XML Import System that runs off of a cron job:

all that is needed is an xml layed out as per below:

Then in your JHShop admin area under catalog vendors setup your vendor with the url and relevent settings

Set your cron to run php /path/to/joomla/components/com_jhshop/system/cron.php

This will then import your products for you.
